Our Online Business Office is simple, secure, and available to you 24/7. Features include the ability to:

• Access and view your updated patient account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Make online payments using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
• View recent payment activity applied to your patient accounts.
• Update your patient accounts when your personal information changes.
• Find answers to your questions and communicate with a dedicated Patient Account Representative through e-mail.

In order to view your account information and make personal changes, you must enroll in UT Medical Center's Online Business Office. Simply click "Enroll" on the right side of the screen. You can also make a payment by clicking “Pay without enrolling.”

To enroll, you will need to enter the following information:

• Patient Account Number from your most recent Hospital Statement
• Patient's Date of Birth
• User Name (Selected by user)
• Personal Password
• Email Address

Once your enrollment has been completed, you have begun your path toward an easy and secure way to manage your hospital patient accounts. The information you provide ensures that your account information is secure and available only to you.
